- Cut the watermelon into slices (pizza shape).
- Clean the onion and cut it into very thin crescents.
- Squeeze 1 of the 2 limes on top (to draw out its intense flavor).
- Cut the feta into small cubes.
- Keep only the parsley leaves and chop the mint, decorate them on top.
- Sprinkle with some freshly ground black pepper and serve.
