Returns – Changes – Cancellations

Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) – Return of products. The Customer can easily return the products he has purchased from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.

Changes are accepted as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
Can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.
To proceed with the change process, it is mandatory that you first contact us.

Information on the resolution of disputes according to article 14 par. 1 of the Regulation on the Electronic Resolution of Consumer Disputes:

The European Commission gives consumers the right to resolve their electronic disputes according to article 14 par. 1 of the Regulation on the Electronic Resolution of Consumer Disputes on one of its platforms. The platform ( serves as a consumer recourse for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchases and service contracts.

Money return:

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.
In case of payment by credit card, the refund is made through the cooperating Bank to your credit card.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Order cancellation:

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact us to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.

The refund is made by the procedure mentioned in the refund section.

Cost of Returns:

If you want to return an item because you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you’ll be charged the shipping costs of returning it to the store. The return costs are calculated in the same way as the shipping costs of your order. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount you will receive.

In case the reason for return is:
• Defective / Incomplete packaging
• The product I received is wrong
• Defective / broken product

you will not be charged anything for returning the product and will be refunded the full value of the product.*
* Applies if the product is returned using the shipping method we will indicate to you. In case you wish to return the product in another way, our company will not cover the cost.
