Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour for all uses
  • 3/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Karpea BBQ sea salt & garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil Karpea spray with oregano
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt

Execution Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the hot water with the yeast.
  2. Add the salt and flour and beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Gradually add Extra Virgin Karpea BBQ Olive Oil Sea salt & garlic.
  4. Once the dough becomes soft and elastic, take it out of the bowl, spread it with olive oil and put it back in the bowl.
  5. Cover it with a towel and leave it for 1 hour to swell.
  6. Bake in a well preheated oven with air at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Finish with 4 sprays of Extra virgin olive oil Karpea spray with oregano to take off the taste!
