Ingredients

  • ½ cup KARPEA BBQ OIL WITH SEA SALT AND ROSEMARY
  • ¼ cup τσαγ. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp. Brown sugar
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Execution Method

Add the ingredients to a mixer and beat until smooth. Put the mixture in a large bowl and marinate the meat (chicken, pork, beef) you have chosen. Place the meat for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then leave it for 45-60 minutes out of the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature. Ready to bake. A tip for crispy crust is baking at high temperature.
